1.     As per the Solar calendar, every year the months fall in the same respective seasons of that location. 2.    In the lunar calendar in different years the months fall in a different season.

The lunar calendar has about 11 days less than the solar calendar. Thus, every year, the month of the lunar calendar occurs 11 days prior to what it had occurred in the previous solar year. Thus, in a span of about 33 lunar years a human being will experience all the different seasons for one particular month of the lunar calendar. This is very important because the yearly activities of a Muslim are based on the lunar calendar. Certain months like Ramadhan and Hajj are very important to the Muslims. During Ramadhan a Muslim has to fast which includes abstaining from food and drink from sunrise to sunset. If the Islamic months were based on the solar calendar where the seasons were fixed, then people living in certain parts of the world would have Ramadhan in summer while in other parts of the world it would be winter. Some Muslims would have to fast for a longer period of time where the days are long while other Muslims would have to fast for shorter period of time where the days are short. If the seasons did not change, then Muslims living in some parts of the world may feel that they are at a disadvantage throughout their lives.

By following the lunar calendar, every Muslim has a taste of fasting in different seasons and for a different time period, in a span of about 33 years of his life.

How Edmund de Rothschild Managed to Let 179 Governments Pay Him for Grasping Up to 30% of The Earth

Summary


After Edmund de Rothschild’s statement, totally without basis, at the 4th World Wilderness Congress in 1987, that CO2 is the cause of (a non-existent) global warming and that combating it needs money (our money), he founded the World Conservation Bank for this spurious reason.

In 1991 its name was changed to The Global Environment Facility (GEF).
The purpose of the Facility is to lend money to the poorest countries, 'money' printed by the IMF out of thin air and guaranteed by our governments.

The Facility seeks wilderness areas rich in minerals as security. The idea is that GEF money then flows back to reimburse our governments for loans. I.e., we give away our tax money. For what? When a country cannot repay loans to the GEF it must give up a piece of its territory to the Rothschild banks (GEF, IMF, World Bank).

The total amount of land involved can be as much as 30% of the Earth's surface.
If land cannot be offered as collateral, the country must starve (Haiti, Argentina and others). Rothschild's stroke of genius was that he had his GEF smuggled into the UN system at the Rio UN Summit in 1992 by his friend, Maurice Strong. Thus, high-ranking ministerial officials from 179 countries are practically co-opted onto the council of the bank, thereby endorsing Rothschild's theft of the world!

This article features interviews with a man who was a participant at the 4th World Wilderness Congress, a man who knows what happened there and who knew Rothschild personally, as well as David Rockefeller, who tried to silence him about what he had learned at the Wilderness Congress.

The GEF is to manage the money which was promised to the developing countries at Copenhagen (100 billion dollars a year from 2020 - 30 billion over the next 3 years) with the help of the World Bank.
However, Rothschild does not leave it there.

He and his henchmen are now joining the race along with certain governments (China, Saudi Arabia) to buy up large areas of farmland in developing countries and have the crops transported back to the home countries. This leaves the locals, already starving, with much less crops available - with food prices rising rapidly - which is exactly Rothschild’s intention.

This villainy forces people to flee from Africa to Europe. Food prices have doubled in the past year or so. Many people in Haiti, even before the earthquake, could barely afford to buy a minimally nourishing mud pie.
And so it goes on.

This is the ultimate goal of Rothschild’s New World Order.
Since the 4th World Wilderness Congress in 1987, where Earth Charter co-author and illuminist, Maurice Strong, fatefully introduced his friend, Edmund de Rothschild, the world has never been the same. The Devil - or should I say CO2 - was at large. Rothschild stated that CO2 was the cause of (non-existent) man-made global warming.
CO2, therefore, had to be caught at the poles and transported away in order to lower warm arctic/antarctic temperatures, and perhaps dumped in the Sahara!
This absurdity was accepted without discussion at the UN Rio Summit in 1992!

“This needs money!”

(Our money, of course! [But it isn't 'our' money; we didn't 'create' this money, we just have the use of it. We are compelled to put our 'belief' into this money and are tricked into accepting it.])

This ‘Facility’, while not claiming to be a bank, at the same time calls it itself 'An independent financial organization'.”

Isn’t it illegal (or at the very least unethical) for a senior member of the Treasury Department to openly sit as
a member of a huge foreign bank (or is it a 'facility')?

We need a law passed to stop high-ranking officials holding two such posts and potentially using their influence and position in the US Treasury to move untold millions into the coffers of what is effectively a foreign bank or, if there is a law, then someone needs to file a federal lawsuit.

This is no small matter: I found this organization (GEF) while researching information given by George Hunt.
George Hunt claims this organization was founded by Edmond de Rothschild and Maurice Strong (originally named as the 'World Conservation Bank'), and its purpose is to swallow up all other banks.
In the interview, George played numerous audio clips proving Edmond De Rothschild, Maurice Strong, as well as former Treasury Secretary James A Baker III, and the then heads of the IMF and World Bank were involved in skullduggery.

George Washington Hunt when being interviewed by Alex Jones said:
“Rothschild wants to take over big chunks of the world via the World Conservation program - to be the only bank in the world. This is a conspiracy fact.”
Hunt had social intercourse with the Rothschilds.
He was threatened by David Rockefeller to remain silent about his discoveries. Rockefeller also participated in the 4th World Wilderness Congress.
The GEF’s verbose and acronym-laden 2008 annual report brags of the millions of dollars ostensibly transferred from First World nations to poorer nations to help clean up their environment, but it offers zero details on where the money came from other than simple pie charts showing broad categories such as 'government', 'NGO', etc.

Everyone should contact their US senator or congressman, as well as the US Attorney General and demand an investigation into this obvious impropriety on the part of the US Treasury Department.

Illuminist Maurice Strong was Secretary-General of the UN Conference on Environment and Development in Rio 1992. There he smuggled the Conservation Bank/GEF of his friend, Edmund de Rothschild, into the UN system.

Now, 179 governments are paying into it and have a presence on the board of the Bank, which takes land from the developing countries as security for Rothschild's loans.
The Conference was a grotesque religious propaganda meeting, as evinced by a certain speech by a totally brainwashed young girl captured on video. The Kyoto Protocol, the Bali, Poznan and Copenhagen Conferences were offspring of the Rio Conference.
GEF projects in climate change help developing countries and economies in transition to contribute to the overall objective of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and sustainability (UNFCCC).
As the financial mechanism of the UNFCCC, GEF allocates and disburses about $250 million.

Now, Rothschild cashes in from all peoples on the planet, letting them toil as his slaves to pay to Rothschild's GEF bank, in order that Rothschild can fleece the poorest countries of the very same planet - or take their land with all its mineral riches as forfeited collateral!
Rothschild grabs land. He uses it for food-speculation and prospecting for and extraction of minerals.
In Haiti, before the earthquake, people could not even afford to buy humble mud pies because the price of food doubled - as a consequence of the production of bio-fuel because of Edmund de Rothschild’s unscrupulous but very profitable lie about CO2 driving global warming .
How the failure in Copenhagen must vex Rothschild. It could have led to an enforceable definition of his system to make huge profits through increasing CO2 taxes globally which would gradually lead to the 'world community's' ruin, as well as Rothschild becoming the shrouded emperor of the world.
But he has got time. He knows his time is near-after 234 years of hard mole work.
But it must be a big comfort to Rothschild that rich countries committed themselves to provide $30 billion of climate aid over the next three years and $100 billion a year from 2020 to the never-developing countries.
This money is to be paid through Rothschild's GEF!
